The highly successful Professor T has won the International Format Award in the Category “Best Scripted Format”. The category includes series from all over the world, that have been produced as formats outside of their countries of origin.

A second season of Professor T, starring Ben Miller, is currently shooting in Cambridge and Belgium. The titular character actor did however find the time to send a quick video from set, accepting the award and thanking the involved parties.

At MIP, Beta announced that it sold the show about brilliant Cambridge Professor of Criminology Jasper Tempest to over 100 territories, including RAI in Italy, France Television and HBO Max in Latin America.
