In the run-up to the German TV Awards, Beta Film has secured eight nominations, with Faster than Fear garnering three, and Pagan Peak receiving five.

Faster than Fear, produced by Beta subsidiary Rowboat Film- und Fernsehproduktion for MDR / ARD Degeto, is nominated in the categories “Best Miniseries” and “Best Editing”, while Friederike Becht was nominated for “Best Actress”.

The second season of the thriller series Pagan Peak, produced by Wiedemann & Berg Television in co-production with epo-film produktionsgesellschaft for Sky Germany, is nominated in the categories “Best Drama Series”, “Best Directing (Fiction)”, “Best Camera (Fiction)”, and “Best Editing (Fiction)”, while Nicholas Ofczarek was nominated in the category “Best Actor”.

The winners will be announced on September 13th.
